Leaving Atlas after Apertura Coccaro is no longer part of Atlas' roster following the end of his loan spell, returning to his parent club CF Montreal.

Impact Coccaro saw his recent stint in Liga MX marked by a poor overall performance and disciplinary struggles. Considering both league and Leagues Cup play, he finished with three goals and one assist across 28 appearances (two starts). However, he was relegated to a substitute role behind Uros Djurdjevic. The Uruguayan should offer striker depth if he stays in Montreal next season.

He has started the season well as he now has four goal contributions in the first four appearances.

Impact Coccaro found the net Sunday when he headed home a perfectly delivered set piece free kick from Mathieu Choiniere. The striker contributed two of the on goal efforts managed by his team, but he should have done better to capitalize on an error by Drake Callender. The Miami keeper came out of his area and failed to intercept a long pass that Coccaro picked up, after coolly rounding two defenders he inexplicably fired the ball over the bar. He was subbed after 77 minutes. The Uruguayan is having a solid start to the season, he also contributed an assist in Montreal's last game.
