GAME LOG

Struggles in loss Flekken made four saves and allowed four goals in Saturday's 4-1 loss against Liverpool.
Impact Flekken faced eight shots and stopped four of them as Liverpool beat him with some impressive finishes. There was little he could do as his defense was repeatedly picked to pieces, giving up some top chances. Flekken has just one clean sheet since November, a combination of his poor play and a poor defensive unit as a whole.
FEBRUARY 19, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Secures clean sheet in win Flekken had five saves and secured a clean sheet in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Wolverhampton. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 60th minute.
Impact Flekken secured his fourth clean sheet of the season, which marked his first since late October. The goalkeeper has been under constant pressure, making 17 saves over the past two games. Next, he'll aim to produce a repeat performance against Liverpool, the team with the second most goals in the Premier League.
FEBRUARY 12, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Allows three once again Flekken made 12 saves and allowed three goals in Monday's 3-1 loss versus Manchester City.
Impact Flekken had a great match despite the poor scoreline, allowing three goals but registering a season-high in saves with 12. He did a great job of keeping the lethal City attack from finding the net for a large portion of the match but finally gave in after allowing a goal in extra time of the first half. He still only has three clean sheets on the season and will look to pick up his fourth against Wolves on Saturday.
FEBRUARY 6, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes three in loss Flekken had two saves and allowed three goals in Wednesday's 3-2 loss against Tottenham Hotspur.
Impact Flekken conceded three goals in quick succession Wednesday as Spurs beat him in the 48th minute, then the 49th minute and then again in the 56th minute. He has been in a rough run of form as he has conceded multiple goals in five consecutive matches, including three or more in three of his last four starts. He has a very difficult stretch of four fixtures coming up as well as he plays Manchester City home and away, Liverpool at home and Wolverhampton away.
FEBRUARY 1, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Gets beaten twice versus Forest Flekken made one save and conceded two goals during Sunday's 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest.
Impact Flekken didn't have much of a chance to prevent either goal scored by the opposition but the fact that he had more goals allowed than saves made for the second time over the last three games definitely hurt his fantasy output. With his last clean sheet dating back from Oct. 28, the goalkeeper doesn't profile as an ideal fantasy pickup right now and to make things even worse his next challenge is Jan. 31 visit to Tottenham.
JANUARY 23, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes three in defeat Flekken had three saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-1 loss versus Crystal Palace.
Impact Flekken had a tough time in goal as he was beaten three times in the contest. The goalkeeper is in the midst of his worst stretch this season as he's allowed nine goals over the past three games, making only seven saves in that span. Next in the Premier League, he'll aim for a better performance against Nottingham Forest, a team with 24 goals in 20 games.
JANUARY 1, 2024 • ROTOWIRE

DECEMBER 27, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes twice in loss Flekken had three saves and allowed two goals in Sunday's 2-1 defeat versus Aston Villa.
Impact Flekken conceded two goals in Sunday's loss, both of which came after Ben Mee's red card in the 71st minute, and both of which were close-range headers. He has now failed to keep a clean sheet in seven straight matches and has conceded multiple goals in four matches over that stretch. Next up he faces arguably his most difficult match of the season, away at Manchester City Saturday, a side which has scored 40 goals in 17 league matches this season.
DECEMBER 18, 2023 • ROTOWIRE

DECEMBER 11, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Gets beaten twice versus Brighton Flekken made five saves and conceded two goals during Wednesday's 2-1 loss against Brighton.
Impact Flekken was beaten once each half and didn't stand much of a chance in either goal scored by the opposition. However, this was a much more lopsided contest than the final score suggests and that happened mostly because of the goalkeeper's performance between the posts as he had the second-most saves in a game this season. Flekken will now try to help his side bouncing back during Saturday's visit to Sheffield United.
DECEMBER 8, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes once against Luton Town Flekken made zero saves and conceded one goal during Saturday's 3-1 win over Luton Town.
Impact Flekken saw his side dominating the entire contest and didn't have any work until the late stages, more precisely in the 76th minute, when Jacob Brown fired a low shot that didn't look so difficult to stop but the goalkeeper was still unable to reach the ball and that goal put the opposition back in contention. With seven goals allowed over his last four starts and just three clean sheets overall this season, Flekken doesn't exactly look like the best pick for fantasy teams right now.
DECEMBER 4, 2023 • ROTOWIRE

Impact Flekken nearly recorded his fourth clean sheet of the season, but he conceded the contest's only goal in the 89th minute. Next, he'll face off against challenge Luton Town, a team with 12 goals in 13 games.
NOVEMBER 28, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Blown away Sunday Flekken recorded eight saves and allowed three goals in Sunday's 3-0 loss versus Liverpool.
Impact Flekken stopped eight shots, an incredible showing, the unfortunate bit is he also conceded three goals. It's one that can be written off, Liverpool are looking like true title contenders once more and will put multiple goals past plenty of teams before the season is done. Flekken will have easier opponents in the future.

Impact Flekken looks to be healthy and set for action on Sunday after taking part in full training this week. If he is listed to the match-day squad, expect him to make the starting XI, with Thomas Strakosha returning to the bench.
NOVEMBER 10, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Dead leg leads to early exit Flekken was forced off the pitch in the 46th minute of Saturday's match against West Ham after picking up a dead leg in the first half, according to manager Thomas Frank.
Impact Flekken was taken off the pitch in Saturday's match due to a slight knock he received in the first half, leading to a dead leg. It shouldn't leave the goalie sidelined for too long, as it is a very minor injury. Thomas Strakosha replaced the Dutch keeper but will most likely return to the bench against Liverpool in their next match, with Flekken's injury being minor.
NOVEMBER 4, 2023 • ROTOWIRE

SEPTEMBER 17, 2023 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes two in draw Flekken completed three saves and conceded two goals in Saturday's 2-2 draw with AFC Bournemouth.
Impact Flekken saved three of the five shots he faced on-target on Saturday. The Dutchman has been a solid addition to the Bees defense, they have not lost a game that he has played in since joining them from SC Freiburg in the summer. He will likely have a tougher test in Brentford's next against Newcastle at St James' park. The Magpies have lost their last three and will be hungry to make amends in front of their home fans. From four appearances he has conceded five (1.3 per game), completed 13 saves (3.3 per game, 72 percent) and produced one clean sheet.
