GAME LOG

Allows one in draw Roman made one save and conceded one goal during Friday's 1-1 draw against Valencia.
Impact Roman didn't have much to do in this one, and the goal he allowed came in the 52nd minute, when Hugo Duro headed home from close range - a finish he couldn't really prevent. Outside of that moment, Valencia saw plenty of the ball but didn't force him into tough saves, so his lone stop says more about the flow of the match than his performance. It wasn't a big fantasy outing, but he stayed steady and avoided mistakes on a night where he wasn't tested much.

Beaten once in win over Elche Roman recorded no saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Elche.
Impact Roman didn't face any shots on target, but Pablo Maffeo's wrong touch led to his only goal conceded in the first half of the win. The keeper regained a starting spot after recovering from a hamstring issue that forced him to miss five games and made him questionable for Saturday's clash. He's now expected to be chosen over Lucas Bergstrom and could finally stop some shots if he's tested in the upcoming visit to Valencia, who scored once in each of their last five league matches.

Impact Leo Roman turned aside three of four Real Sociedad shots on target Wednesday and made one clearance as Mallorca fell in a narrow 1-0 defeat. Saves PK in draw Roman made six saves, including a penalty, and conceded one goal during Sunday's 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid.
Impact Roman had a great performance here, denying Julian Alvarez from the penalty spot in the 14th minute and performing other great stops throughout the contest. The goalkeeper couldn't do much when Conor Gallagher appeared unmarked inside the box to slot home a rebound in the 79th minute but that didn't take much from his amazing fantasy output. When we take into account the numbers from this start of campaign, Roman still needs to do better but this performance definitely brings a lot of hope for those picking him for their teams.

AUGUST 31 • ROTOWIRE
Allows one in draw Roman made one save and conceded one goal during Saturday's 1-1 draw against Mallorca.
Impact Roman didn't have a good one here as he didn't make a lot of saves and looked completed out of position on the goal scored by the opposition. That was a wasted opportunity to produce in what will probably the easiest of the matchups his team faced before the international break as the next match is a visit to Real Madrid, so we shouldn't see many people picking the goalkeeper for their fantasy teams.
