Champions League matchups as PSG heads to Madrid with edge

English clubs Liverpool and Manchester City are in commanding positions ahead of second-leg matches at home in the Champions League's round of 16

Ruled out Saturday Paredes is dealing with a groin discomfort and will miss Saturday's match versus Nantes.

Impact Paredes already missed time last week with the same issue and given the heavy schedule of late and his regular time on the pitch he'll be given a well deserved break versus the Canaries. It seems like it's more of a precaution and rest so he should be back next week. In his absence Idrissa Gueye could get his first start since returning from AFCON.

Impact Paredes gets the call Friday despite dealing with a reported adductor injury this week.
