Sidelined two months Paredes (groin) will be out for two months due to a groin injury, according to PSG.

Impact Paredes has been struggling with a groin injury for weeks and eventually decided to go forward with a surgery. The midfielder will now miss two months, and will likely be out for the remainder of the season. Paredes made 15 appearances (10 starts) scoring once and adding two assists.

Impact Paredes didn't seem to be in a whole lot of pain but was holding his groin on the way out and was walking slowly and in a discomfort. Given how tricky groin injuries could be he won't be guaranteed to return right away. If he's forced to miss more time Georginio Wijnaldum could start in his place next week.
