Manuel Lazzari - Will be sidelined for a while Lazzari has been diagnosed with a low-grade left gastrocnemius strain, Lazio doctor Fabio Rodia relayed.
Mattia Zaccagni - Picks up injury in Coppa Italia Zaccagni "suffered an important ankle sprain and will take some tests upon our return in Rome," Lazio doctor Fabio Rodia announced following Tuesday's cup fixture against Juventus.
Impact Zaccagni planted his foot wrong following a tackle and was unable to finish the first. The doctor's words and the short turnaround put him at serious risk for Saturday's derby with Roma. He was replaced by Gustav Tang Isaksen midweek. Pedro is also an option.

Alex Sandro - Features in midweek bout Sandro (thigh) came off the bench late in Tuesday's 2-0 win over Lazio in the domestic cup.
Impact Sandro was sidelined by an ailment against the same opponent last Saturday but quickly shook it off. He'll be an extra option in the back and on the left wing. He has totaled four tackles (three won), five interceptions and eight clearances in his last five showings (three starts).

Impact Kostic was out due to an illness over the weekend, but it didn't linger. He'll rotate with Samuel Iling-Junior and Mattia De Sciglio on the left wing the rest of the way. He hasn't gotten minutes in three of the last six matches he was available for. He has posted six shots (zero on target), four chances created and 26 crosses (five accurate) in his last five showings, with no goal contributions.

Impact Alcaraz couldn't recover for the first game after the break but wasn't far from full health. He'll duel with Fabio Miretti to be the first alternative to the three starters in the midfield. He assisted once and added six shots (two on target), four chances created and one inaccurate cross his last six appearances (one start).
