Heading back to Augsburg Gharbi is heading back to Augsburg after completing his international duty with Tunisia at the AFCON and should be back available for Sunday's clash against Gladbach.

Impact Gharbi ended his international duty at the AFCON after that Tunisia got eliminated from the competition. The midfielder is in good position to be back available for Sunday's clash against Gladbach, although he should claim back the same bench role he had prior to his trip to Morocco.

Linking with Tunisia Gharbi has been called up by Tunisia for the AFCON starting Dec. 21 and ending Jan. 18.

Impact Gharbi was called by Tunisia for the AFCON and will miss all the games until at least the clash against Gladbach on Jan. 11. The midfielder has been only a bench option for Ausgburg, therefore his absence will have no impact on the starting XI.

Impact Gharbi will depart Portugal for a loan this campaign, as the 21-year-old will test his legs in Germany with Augsburg. He started to break out last season with his 35 appearances, adding four goals and five assists from the wing. He has the upside to become a productive player for Augsburg if he can break the team sheet regularly, competing with Elias Saad, Phillip Tietz, Steve Mounie and Samuel Essende for time.

However, with a loaded roster and not many spots to fill, he is likely to see little time or head out on loan again.
