GAME LOG

Five saves in brillant outing Rulli recorded five saves and allowed zero goals in Sunday's 1-0 win against Monaco.
Impact Rulli recorded the shutout with five saves as Marseille edged Monaco 1-0 at the Velodrome. The Argentine was sharp in denying Takumi Minamino from close range after a ball over the top and remained calm through a late spell of pressure and set pieces. His positioning helped Marseille survive two tight offside decisions that went their way, as he contributed a season high four clearances. Rulli preserved the win late in the match with an outstanding save to deny Mika Biereth, likely the save of the season in Ligue 1, and proved to be the second most decisive player for Marseille behind Mason Greenwood.
DECEMBER 15 • ROTOWIRE
Four saves in win Rulli made four saves and allowed two goals in Tuesday's 3-2 victory versus Union SG.
Impact Rulli was beaten early by Anan Khalaili's precise 5th minute strike from outside the box, but grew stronger as the match wore on. He stood up well in the second half, producing key saves from Sofiane Boufal and then twice from Promise David in stoppage time, including a close range header in the 93rd minute and an incredible save on the last action of the game, likely being a best save contender this season. Rulli will look to end the year in a fashion manner in an important clash against Monaco on Sunday.
DECEMBER 10 • ROTOWIRE
Makes one save in defeat Rulli made one save and allowed one goal in Friday's 1-0 loss versus Lille.
Impact Rulli's night was defined by an early misread on Friday against Lille, as he rushed out toward a long ball from Nabil Bentaleb inside the opening 10 minutes and was caught in no man's land when Ethan Mbappe brought it down and rolled into an empty net. After that moment he had relatively little heavy work, making only one save with Lille generating just five shots and limited clear looks in open play. Even so, the error echoed a previous costly moment at Pierre Mauroy and overshadowed an otherwise controlled performance with the ball at his feet. Rulli will look to show a better figure fast since he was at fault in two games in a row in Ligue 1, which costed five points to OM. His next chance to perform will come against Monaco on Sunday, a big clash to end the year.
DECEMBER 7 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes two in draw Rulli had two saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus Toulouse.
Impact Rulli had almost no chance on Emersonn's thunderous opener in the 14th minute, beaten from close range after his defense failed to stop the run. He was also saved by the bar on a lobbed effort from Aron Donnum in the second half and quickly responded with a strong one-on-one stop against Emersonn as Toulouse nearly doubled their lead. Once Marseille turned the match, he spent long spells simply managing Toulouse counters. In stoppage time he was caught by Santiago Hidalgo's glancing header from a Mark McKenzie's long throw, as he did not analyze his position well and was beaten in an amateur way. Rulli will hope to bounce back against Lille on Friday at Pierre Mauroy.
NOVEMBER 30 • ROTOWIRE
Impressive outing again in UCL Rulli recorded seven saves and allowed one goal in Tuesday's 2-1 victory against Newcastle United.
Impact Rulli was beaten by Harvey Barnes' early finish from 10 yards but recovered to produce his second highest mark of the season with seven crucial saves, most of them coming from clear goal chances for Newcastle on Tuesday. He relied on Pierre Emile Hojbjerg's goal-line clearance from a Malick Thiaw header right after the first goal and later stood tall to deny Anthony Gordon one-on-one from Joe Willock's through ball. In the second half, he made a full-length save from a powerful Joe Willock strike while playing on with heavy bandaging after Dan Burn accidentally stepped on his head. That issue required two stitches but should not make him miss the start against Toulouse on Saturday. Rulli has now made 29 saves in five Champions League games this season, establishing himself as one of the most decisive players in OM.
NOVEMBER 26 • ROTOWIRE
Keeps clean sheet in victory Rulli had two saves and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 3-0 victory against Brest.
Impact Rulli kept a shutout with Brest limited to few clear looks and long-range efforts. He claimed high balls cleanly and kept Marseille's buildup smooth while they led. He made only two saves against the Pirates and produced a first-half clearance to deny a one-on-one situation against Ludovic Ajorque. This marked his fourth clean sheet in 10 Ligue 1 appearances this season, and he will look to find a fifth one against Nice after the international break.

Impact Rulli produced a composed performance in Marseille's 1-0 victory away to Auxerre. He made four saves, including a crucial stop in the 83rd minute to deny Josue Casimir from close range. His positioning and command of the area kept Marseille stable after a late push from the hosts. Rulli will hope to build on that performance against Brest on Saturday. The goalkeeper has now secured three clean sheets in nine Ligue 1 appearances this season.

Concedes twice again Rulli had four saves and allowed two goals in Wednesday's 2-2 draw versus Angers.
Impact Rulli conceded two goals for the third game in a row with Marseille and made four saves in a match they had to win. He looked in command early as Marseille created chances, but the crucial 25th-minute opener from Sidiki Cherif and the stoppage-time strike from Ousmane Camara exposed the defensive frailty of the Phocaeans in recent outings. Rulli will hope to show a better figure and find a shutout against Auxerre on Saturday, a team Marseille struggled to play against last campaign.
OCTOBER 30 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes two in loss Rulli made four saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-1 defeat versus Lens.
Impact Rulli conceded two goals and made four saves as Marseille were edged out 2-1 at Bollaert. Despite Marseille dominating possession, he faced a compact Lens defense and struggled to prevent the decisive punch in the second half. Rulli has now conceded two goals in each of his last two outings, as Marseille continue to struggle due to individual errors at the back that make it difficult for him to avoid conceding. The goalkeeper will look to earn a clean sheet in the next match against Angers on Wednesday.
OCTOBER 26 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes two in loss Rulli made five saves and allowed two goals in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to Sporting CP.
Impact Rulli made five saves against Sporting's surging attack but ultimately conceded twice in the second half. His punch out in the 68th minute prevented Sporting's opener, yet the defense could not hold after Marseille went a man down. The Argentine keeper showed good composure under pressure, but the numerical disadvantage proved decisive. His outing reflected the team's wider collapse rather than individual mistakes. Rulli will look to rebound against Lens on Saturday.
OCTOBER 23 • ROTOWIRE
Strong form continues Rulli had one save and secured a clean sheet in Saturday's 3-0 victory against Metz.
Impact Rulli was required to make just one save in a one-on-one situation just before halftime Saturday to earn his second Ligue 1 clean sheet of the season in Marseille's 3-0 drubbing of Metz. The veteran keeper has produced 21 saves and one clearance across his last five starting appearances (all competitions), conceding just three times and recording three clean sheets across the impressive stretch. Rulli is likely to be the man between the posts for Marseille when they return from the international break Oct. 18 to host Le Havre.

During that season, he allowed 16 goals in 12 appearances, keeping three clean sheets on 41 saves.

Impact Rulli made four saves as Marseille fell 1-0 at Groupama Stadium, finally beaten by a late own goal in the 87th minute from Leonardo Balerdi. The goalkeeper denied several big chances from the Gones while Marseille played with one man down. That said, it was not enough to avoid a second defeat of the season in three games. Rulli still has not secured a clean sheet this season and will look to get one against Lorient after the international break, just a few days before a trip to face Real Madrid in the Champions League.
SEPTEMBER 1 • ROTOWIRE

Impact Rulli mistimed Vedat Murqi's shot, however could do nothing over Amath Ndiaye stunning goal that saw him concede multiple for the first time since Oct 20. He has done a fantastic job keeping balls away from the net with just 10 goals allowed all season. The Argentinian only had two games of allowing multiple goals along with six clean sheets. He will be a goalkeeper to look out for with his next match a trip to Espanyol, who have scored 12 goals in the last nine contests.
NOVEMBER 6, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Concedes one in loss Rulli conceded one goal and made six saves during Sunday's 1-0 loss to Athletic Club.
Impact Rulli has conceded just two goals in the last two games but isn't getting consistent scoring support, so he's lost twice in his last three starts. He still ranks fifth in saves made so as long as Rulli stays busy and doesn't let in too many goals, he's worth plenty of attention.
OCTOBER 31, 2022 • ROTOWIRE

Impact Rulli was beaten by a Gonzalo Melero strike on Sunday, but his side was able to come from behind and secure the win, even after going down to 10 men for the final half hour. Next weekend he will face Bilbao, which have scored 12 goals in 11 matches this season.
