He earned a string of seven straight starts before the injury, potentially returning to that spot again once fit.

His two chances created were excellent, as he was involved in the attack and build up throughout the match.
MARCH 23 • ROTOWIRE

The midfielder made eight appearances for his new club since arriving, scoring one goal while adding eight shots and three chances created. His absence should open the door for Philipp Tietz and Sheraldo Becker to pick up more minutes in the front line.

Impact Bell has missed the last three matches with a MCL injury and remains a question mark heading into Sunday's clash with Bremen. The defender is expected to train with the reserve squad while the senior team travels for the UEFA Conference League, and his availability for the weekend will depend on how his knee responds. Bell has been a regular starter in Mainz's back line, so if he needs more time to recover it would force a reshuffle in the starting XI, with Kacper Potulski or Danny da Costa emerging as possible options in the back three.
MARCH 12 • ROTOWIRE

The versatile defender is still targeting a return a few weeks after the March international break and will use the upcoming training sessions to ramp up his fitness and sharpen up ahead of his comeback. Caci has been an undisputed starter for Mainz in recent seasons and should regain his role once he's back up to full speed.
MARCH 11 • ROTOWIRE
Robin Zentner - Should return in March Zentner (groin) is progressing well and should return in March, according to Sporting Director Niko Bungert, per BILD.
Impact Zentner has been working his way back from a recurring groin injury that has sidelined him since late November, but there has been encouraging progress and the goalkeeper is now tracking toward a return in March. It remains unclear whether he will be ready to make the squad for Sunday's clash with Bremen or if the matchup against Frankfurt on March. 22. is the more realistic target. Impact Caci has been sidelined since late September with an adductor injury, but his recovery is trending in the right direction and he's expected to return to team training this week with the goal of being available again after the March international break. The defender has been a locked-in starter for Mainz over the past few seasons and will be pushing to regain his regular spot once he's back up to full speed. That said, the coaching staff will likely manage his minutes carefully at first given the long stretch he spent on the sidelines.
