Loan ends early Ibarra's loan with Toronto was terminated on Thursday, announced by manager John Herdman, per John Molinaro of the TFC Republic.

Impact Ibarra's stint with Toronto will be coming to an end early after having his loan terminated on Thursday. He will not be an option for the rest of the season as he returns home to his parent club, Atlanta United. The midfielder joined Toronto midseason, appearing in seven matches while contributing three shots, eight clearances, eight interceptions and ten tackles. He had a higher rate of production and earned more time on the field in the first half of the season with Atlanta and should fight for normal minutes with them next season.
