Impact Carlos is looking to be an option for the club's Boxing Day contest after missing their last match against Manchester City due to a knee injury. He will likely face a fitness test ahead of the contest, with that deciding his availability. That said expect him to be in contention regardless, although it is up in the air if he would see the start after starting in seven of his past nine appearances, as the club may be cautious and start him on the bench.

Impact Carlos made his return from a hamstring injury earlier than expected, though he wasn't able to get back on the pitch. In a tightly-contested draw that saw both sides go down to 10, it was never going to be a great spot for Carlos. His next chance to get back on the pitch is a Sunday clash with Spurs in the Premier League.

Returns to training pitch Carlos (hamstring) was viewed taking the field for training ahead of Sunday's match against Tottenham.
Impact Carlos is returning to training for the first time since picking up his hamstring injury in mid-February, appearing to have made decent progress in his recovery after he was shown running. However, it is unknown if he was training individually or with the group, as that could have huge implications on whether he can play or not. Either way, we will have to wait until before the match for the defender's current status, but at the moment, expect him not to return until next week against West Ham on March 17.
