Impact Wass was impressive off the bench delivering some decent numbers despite his limited time on the pitch. The full-back though would register a disappointing campaign overall after losing his starting job for the elimination stages due to a minor injury. He still delivered some solid offensive numbers in his three starts in the group stages though and was a fantasy factor early in formats with peripheral stats.

Plays well off bench Saturday Wass had one shot (off target), one chance created and three clearances in 20 minutes off the bench in Saturday's 2-1 win over Czech Republic.

Impact Wass was very active off the bench in his return from a minor injury and could be ready for full-time action by Wednesday which will make it a tough call who to start on the right flank between him and the in-form Jens Stryger Larsen. The former though was the starter for the first three outings of the campaign and could have a slight edge.

Wales is up next and they've struggled offensively a bit, so that could be a good opportunity for a clean sheet in the Round of 16.

While his national team isn't necessarily superior in talent to his club, a greater sense of organization and a few more attacking players in form should help Wass's value this summer.
