Impact Scarlett will be heading back to London, rejoining Tottenham after a failed loan spell with Ipswich Town. The 19-year-old has only appeared as a substitute thus far for Ipswich, notching 12 substitute appearances, which probably led him to return to the Spurs, as he was not given much playtime. It will be interesting to see what Tottenham will do with the player after rejoining the club, as he may be loaned out again with the winter transfer period about to start, or he may remain with the club as a reinforcement as they continue to rack up the injury count.
