Impact Vera will return to Real Salt Lake for the 2026 season after that his option was exercised. The center back has been an undisputed starter in central defense when available for Salt Lake in the last three seasons and will hold a similar role heading into 2026. In 2025, he set new career highs with 1209 passes and 101 clearances in 28 appearances.
