Limited role for Atlanta De John was not involved in Sunday's season finale defeat against NYCFC.

Impact De John made five MLS appearances (four starts) for Atlanta United this season in central defense, most of which came during the peak of the side's injury crisis in May. The 31-year-old is very far down the depth chart and is unlikely to see much playing time if he resigns for 2023.

Impact De John has started four of the club's last six contests due to various injuries on the Atlanta backline.
