Labeled week-to-week Olofsson (undisclosed) is considered week-to-week according to head coach Ryan Craig on Thursday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.

Impact Olofsson was having a great start to the year, racking up four goals and one assist, including two power-play points, in four games. Now, the 31-year-old winger will likely be sidelined for at least a week, if not longer. Trevor Connelly could see the biggest uptick in minutes with Olofsson on the shelf, including linking up with the No. 1 power-play unit.

Sustains injury Tuesday Olofsson sustained an undisclosed injured in Tuesday's game versus the Kraken, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Impact Olofsson is undergoing further evaluation, and an update isn't expected until Thursday. That leaves his status up in the air for Thursday's game versus the Maple Leafs. Olofsson scored twice in Tuesday's contest prior to his exit, which came when Ben Meyers boarded him in the third period. Vegas isn't carrying an extra healthy forward at this time, so the team made need a roster move to fill out its lineup if Olofsson has to miss time.

Puts away power-play goal Olofsson scored a power-play goal on four shots in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Canucks.

Impact Olofsson is off to a great start this season with two power-play goals and an even-strength assist across three games. The veteran winger has added seven shots on net and an even plus-minus rating. Olofsson's third-line usage at even strength is nothing special, but if he continues to be effective with the man advantage, he'll have appeal as a scoring-only depth forward in fantasy.

Finds twine on power play Olofsson scored a power-play goal on two shots in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Blackhawks.

Impact Olofsson cashed in with the man advantage in the first period, opening the scoring. He's primarily expected to play on the second unit with the man advantage, as well as in a middle-six role at even strength. Olofsson's fantasy value comes down to his offense alone, and it was a little better than normal with 31 points over 78 outings between the Avalanche and the Flames in 2025-26. He also put up 29 points in just 56 appearances with Vegas during the 2024-25 regular season, so expect around 30 points and 100-plus shots if he cements his place in the Golden Knights' lineup this year. He also shot just 8.8 percent last year, his worst mark in a full campaign, so he's poised for a rebound with his efficiency.

Reunites with Vegas Olofsson signed a one-year, $1.638,330 contract with the Golden Knights on Wednesday, per PuckPedia.

Impact Olofsson spent 2025-26 with the Avalanche and the Flames, earning a total of 13 goals, 18 assists, 147 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 78 regular-season games. The 30-year-old winger has topped the 30-point mark five times in his seven full NHL seasons, but this was the first time he had done so since 2022-23. This will be his second stint with the Golden Knights, and he'll likely be tasked with filling at least part of the power-play void left behind by Vegas' trade that sent Pavel Dorofeyev to the Rangers.

Lights lamp Sunday Olofsson scored a goal on three shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning.

Impact Olofsson has tallied in back-to-back games after going 10 contests without a goal. The 30-year-old winger is up to 13 goals, 130 shots on net and a plus-4 rating over 68 appearances between Calgary and Colorado. Picks up helper for new team Olofsson notched an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Devils.

Impact Olofsson was dealt from the Avalanche at the trade deadline, and few players who were moved took as much of a hit to their fantasy value. He is playing regularly on the Flames' third line, but the team's lack of offense is likely to limit his offense. The helper was Olofsson's first point in three games with the Flames. He's at 26 points, 112 shots on net and a plus-6 rating over 63 appearances on the year.
