Brendan Gaunce - Summoned from minors Gaunce was recalled from AHL Iowa on Monday.

Impact Minnesota is dealing with a number of injuries to its forward group, so Gaunce could be an option Wednesday against the Panthers, especially if Yakov Trenin (upper body) is unable to suit up. Gaunce has been a solid contributor for Iowa this season -- he's accounted for eight goals and 14 points across 21 outings. The 30-year-old hasn't made an appearance in the NHL yet this season, but he registered two goals and two assists over 24 regular-season games with Columbus in 2023-24.

Devin Shore - Hits waivers Shore was placed on waivers Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Impact Shore has split time between the NHL and AHL this season. He hasn't earned a point in 12 appearances with the big club but has two goals and eight assists in 14 outings at the minor-league level.

Reese Johnson - Sent to minors Johnson was assigned to AHL Iowa on Monday.

Impact Johnson has been a healthy scratch in three of Minnesota's last four games. However, his demotion to the minors could be temporary for salary cap reasons. Johnson hasn't earned a point in three NHL appearances this while contributing one shot on goal, three blocked shots and six hits.

Brock Faber - Hands out helper Sunday Faber notched an assist and two blocked shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Golden Knights.

Impact Faber has a helper in three straight games and in five of his last seven outings. The 22-year-old defenseman set up the second of Kirill Kaprizov's goal in this loss. Faber is now at three goals, 14 assists, 40 shots on net, 41 blocked shots and a plus-14 rating over 31 appearances. He has upside in a variety of areas, and he should be active for most fantasy managers.
