First goal in 30 games Lorentz scored a goal in a 3-1 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday.
Impact He took a pass in the low right circle, spun and wired a laser past Ilya Sorokin. It was Lorentz's first goal in 30 games (four assists). His fantasy value is limited. Lorentz does have 119 hits in 59 games this season, but he has just 15 points (five goals, 10 assists) in a fourth-line role in Toronto.

Chips in with helper Lorentz logged an assist and two hits in Wednesday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
Impact Lorentz has gone 14 games without a goal, picking up four assists, 29 hits, 18 shots on net and a plus-4 rating in that span. While his offense has been middling for much of the season, he's seen steady time on the fourth line. He's now at 14 points, 47 shots on net, 93 hits, 26 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 43 appearances. Lorentz has come up one point shy of 20 on two different occasions in his career, but he's on pace to reach that threshold in 2025-26.

Rare goal in win Lorentz scored a goal Tuesday in a 6-3 win over Pittsburgh.
Impact Lorentz put the Leafs up 3-1 early in the second period. He stole the puck from Erik Karlsson in the defensive zone and took off on a breakaway, eventually stuffing in his own rebound past Stuart Skinner. It was a nice effort by Lorentz, but his fantasy value is limited to his ability to lay hits. He has 64 in 29 games; the goal was his fourth of the season (six assists).

Snaps 10-game goal slump Lorentz scored a goal and added an assist in a 6-3 loss to the Oilers on Saturday.
Impact Lorentz snapped a 10-game goal drought (one assist) with the snipe. He and Scott Laughton have shown solid chemistry on line four, and the addition of Easton Cowan has helped bolster that trio. Lorentz has 54 hits in 25 games, which slides him into the league's top-100. But nine points (three goals, six assists) in 25 games aren't enough to pull him off the wire.
