Dylan Holloway - Will sit out Saturday Holloway (ankle) will not play Saturday versus the Kings but is expected to practice Monday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Impact Holloway returned quickly from an ankle injury, but it appears he's managing the issue again. Korac adds that Holloway will have to get used to playing through some pain until the injury is 100 percent healed. It's unclear if he'll play Tuesday versus the Stars.

Joel Hofer - Expected to start Saturday Hofer is set to start at home against Los Angeles on Saturday, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.

Impact Hofer has allowed two or fewer goals in each of his past three starts. He's 11-10-2 with a 2.73 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 27 outings in 2025-26. The Kings are 6-8-6 dating back to Dec. 10 and have managed just 2.35 goals per game across that 20-game stretch.

Alexander Petrovic - Slipping into part-time role Petrovic was scratched for the fourth time in nine games in Friday's 3-2 win over the Blues.

Impact Petrovic played regularly for much of the first half of the season, but he's in a 17-game point drought currently. The 33-year-old defenseman's slump also coincides with the Stars getting healthier on the blue line -- they're missing only Lian Bichsel (lower body) at this time, though Ilya Lyubushkin is battling a lower-body injury sustained in Friday's contest. That could open the door for Petrovic again. He'll look to add to his totals of nine points, 50 shots on net, 77 hits, 67 blocked shots and 47 PIM through 46 appearances when he gets his next chance to play.
