Kyle Burroughs - Waived by Dallas Burroughs was waived by the Stars on Thursday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Impact Burroughs is with the Stars on a one-year, two-way contract, and he'll begin the regular season with AHL Texas if he clears waivers. He made 18 regular-season appearances in the AHL with Ontario last year and recorded a goal and six assists, and he'll presumably spend most of the upcoming campaign in the minors once again.

Matthew Seminoff - On waivers Seminoff has been placed on waivers by Dallas on Thursday, per Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports.

Impact Seminoff had 24 goals and 50 points in 72 regular-season appearances with AHL Texas in 2025-26. He's expected to begin the upcoming campaign in the minors, but it wouldn't be shocking to see Dallas call him up at some point during the season.

Mason Shaw - Hits waivers Shaw was put on waivers by Minnesota on Thursday.

Impact Shaw had 15 goals, 44 points and 67 PIM in 71 regular-season outings with AHL Manitoba in 2025-26. The 27-year-old hasn't played in the NHL since 2023-24 when he had a goal, three points and 34 PIM in 20 regular-season outings with Minnesota.

Tyler Pitlick - Placed on waivers Pitlick was placed on waivers by the Wild on Thursday for the purpose of reassignment to AHL Iowa.

Impact Pitlick made 32 regular-season appearances for the Wild last year, recording two goals, 78 hits, 24 PIM and 19 blocked shots while averaging a career-low 7:46 of ice time. He'll begin the regular season in the minors if he clears waivers but will be a candidate to be called up if Minnesota deals with injuries at some point.

Justin Kirkland - Waived by Minnesota Kirkland was placed on waivers by the Wild on Thursday for the purpose of reassignment to AHL Iowa.

Impact Kirkland is coming off back-to-back years in which he made at least 20 regular-season appearances with Calgary, and he signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Wild during the offseason. He'll likely spend most of the year in the minors once again, but his NHL experience makes him a candidate to be called up if the Wild need additional depth at some point.

Dylan Gambrell - Put on waivers Gambrell was placed on waivers by Minnesota on Thursday.

Impact Gambrell had 10 goals and 36 points in 35 regular-season appearances with AHL Iowa in 2025-26. The 30-year-old is likely to spend most, if not all, of the upcoming campaign in the minors.
