David Jiricek - Headed to Iowa Jiricek has been reassigned to AHL Iowa by the Wild, the team announced Sunday.

Impact Jiricek has bounced back-and-forth between Iowa and Minnesota all season long, and that will continue with his latest demotion. With the Wild's preferred top-six defensemen healthy and Matt Kiersted serving as the seventh defenseman, the Wild likely want to see the 22-year-old play rather than be a healthy scratch. Jiricek has no points in 18 games in the NHL this season.

Boris Katchouk - Involved in minor-league swap Katchouk was acquired by Minnesota from Tampa Bay on Sunday in exchange for Michael Milne.

Impact Katchouk has four goals and 10 points in 21 minor-league appearances this season. The 27-year-old forward has 15 goals and 36 points in 179 career NHL regular-season outings. Following the trade, Katchouk will report to AHL Iowa.
