Harley's late goal lifts Stars past Blues, 4-3

Thomas Harley’s goal with just over a minute left short-circuited a late rally by the St. Louis Blues and lifted the Dallas Stars to a 4-3 win on Tuesday night

Impact The Blues also lost Jake Neighbours (lower body) earlier in the contest. The severity of Kyrou's injury isn't known, but it comes at a rough time, as he had scored three goals and added four assists over his previous seven games before a scoreless outing Tuesday. Impact This was Kyrou's first goal since Dec. 1 versus the Ducks. He picked up five assists over 13 appearances in that span, though he also missed nine games due to a lower-body injury. Kyrou is supposed to be better than this, but he's arguably worn the Blues' struggles this season more than most of the team's players. He's at nine goals, 21 points, 97 shots on net and a minus-9 rating across 40 appearances. It would take an improbably large surge of scoring for him to earn a fourth straight 30-goal campaign.

Impact Kyrou chipped in with a secondary helper on Brayden Schenn's goal early in the first period. With the apple, Kyrou now has nine assists, 17 points and 73 shots on net over 30 appearances this season. The assist was his first point across two games since his return from a lower-body injury. While the 27-year-old winger's stats have been underwhelming to begin this campaign, he's showcased the ability to get hot down the stretch of the regular season. In a one-month span from mid-March to mid-April a season ago, he posted 21 points in 17 games. If his current shooting percentage of 11.0 can level out soon, he has plenty of time to reach the 25-goal mark and 65-point threshold, which would be his fifth consecutive season reaching both milestones.

Impact Kyrou was forced to miss nine games with the injury. The 27-year-old struggled offensively before the injury, as he had eight goals and 16 points in 28 games, a big drop from the 36 goal, 34 assist season he had in 2024-25. Kyrou will play alongside Brayden Schenn and Jonatan Berggren on the second unit, as well as seeing first unit power-play time.

Impact Kyrou was previously labeled week-to-week, so his shift to injured reserve shouldn't come as a surprise.
