Set for further evaluation Dvorak (upper body) was injured in Saturday's prospects game versus the Sharks and is set to be evaluated further Sunday, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.

Impact Dvorak was rocked on a hit late in the game, which was already lopsided before his injury sparked more scraps. The 21-year-old defenseman likely won't play in the rest of the Kings' rookie games, but his status for the rest of training camp is to be determined. Dvorak will likely spend 2026-27 with AHL Ontario.

Secures ELC Dvorak signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Kings on Friday.

Impact Los Angeles selected Dvorak 54th overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. The 6-foot-5 blueliner was held to 24 games in Czechia's top league last season and managed just two assists. He's likely still a few years away from making an impact at the NHL level.
