Impact The Rangers recalled Spencer Martin in a corresponding move. With Jonathan Quick (lower body) unavailable, Garand has occupied the backup role behind Igor Shesterkin for the last five games. The 23-year-old Garand didn't receive any NHL playing time during his recent stint with the big club, but he should see plenty of starts in the minors.
