Impact James set a career high in points (24) with this efforts. He's also at a personal best with 17 goals through 28 contests this season. The Red Wings prospect still isn't putting up elite numbers in the NCAA, but he's shown steady growth each year for North Dakota.

Impact Bear is up to 23 goals and 48 points across 35 contests for the Silvertips. He's really picked up the pace with 10 points, including five goals, over his last three games. Elmer Soderblom - Cold on offense Soderblom was held off the scoresheet for a 15th straight game in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Mammoth.
Impact Soderblom was also scratched seven times in that span, though he's played every game since Jan. 10. The Red Wings have some depth players in the AHL that could get a look over Soderblom following the Olympic break. The 24-year-old has had a brutal season with just three points, 42 shots on net, 62 hits and a minus-4 rating over 38 appearances in a fourth-line role, which isn't going to cut it for a team with playoff aspirations.

James van Riemsdyk - Back on scoresheet Wednesday van Riemsdyk recorded an assist in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Mammoth.
Impact van Riemsdyk slid the primary helper on Dylan Larkin's lone goal for Detroit. With the apple, van Riemsdyk is up to 11 assists, 25 points, 82 shots on net and 23 blocked shots through 49 games this season. The 17-year NHL veteran has been a steady source of secondary offense for the Red Wings all season. He has particularly excelled since the calendar turned to 2026, scoring five goals and accumulating 14 points across 17 games. He holds strong streaming value in deep fantasy leagues once the Red Wings return to action following the Olympic break.

Dylan Larkin - Nets power-play goal Wednesday Larkin scored a power-play goal, placed two shots on net, served two PIM and dished out three hits in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to Utah.
Impact Larkin tallied the lone goal of the game on a power play for Detroit with less than five minutes remaining in the contest. Overall, the 29-year-old center is up to 26 goals, 51 points, 169 shots on net, 32 hits and 29 blocked shots across 58 games this season. Wednesday's goal was his fifth since Jan. 5, where he has 13 points and 47 shots on net across 15 contests. After competing for Team USA at the 2026 Winter Olympics, he'll look to stay on track for another 70-plus-point campaign.

John Gibson - Yields three goals in loss Gibson stopped 21 of 24 shots on goal in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Mammoth.
Impact Despite the veteran netminder allowing just one goal across the final two periods, two early strikes from the Mammoth would be enough to seize momentum and grab Wednesday's victory. With the loss, Gibson now has a 22-12-2 record, a 2.62 GAA and a .904 save percentage across 37 appearances this season. After an incredible eight-game win streak spanning across the majority of January, the 32-year-old goaltender has lost four of his last five outings, but has maintained a solid 2.59 GAA in that span. With 14 appearances since the calendar flipped to 2026, he ranks second in terms of games played among goalies. He'll have the opportunity to rest during the Olympic break, which should help him turn around his recent struggles. Due to his volume of starts and overall production, Gibson remains a top netminder in fantasy moving forward.
