Impact Carlile played in just 42 regular-season games for the Lightning last season, producing one goal and two assists to go with 51 hits and 38 blocks. The Penguins certainly aren't bringing the 26-year-old blueliner into the lineup for his offensive upside, and neither should fantasy managers.
