ImpactMakar has missed the last four games, after taking a blindside hit to his head from Pittsburgh's Jeff Carter on Feb. 7. The 24-year-old blueliner has 13 goals and 45 points in 45 games this season, after winning the Norris Trophy in 2021-22, scoring 28 goals and adding 58 assists in 77 games. Get set to activate him Saturday in St. Louis.

ImpactGustavsson has played well in his last two starts, going 1-0-1, while giving up three goals on 63 shots. Gustavsson is 12-8-2 with a 2.18 GAA and .926 save percentage, as he is inching ever closer to claiming the No. 1 job from Marc-Andre Fleury. Gustavsson has a big challenge Friday, when he faces the Stars, who are currently the top team in the Western Conference with 71 points in 55 games.

Ben Meyers - Recalled from AHLMeyers was recalled from AHL Colorado on Friday.
ImpactMeyers was sent down Tuesday as Josh Manson was ready to return from a lower-body injury that kept him out of action for 31 games. Meyers has one goal in 29 games with the Avs this season, while scoring three goals and adding six assists in 15 games with AHL Colorado.

Gabriel Landeskog - Will start skating soonLandeskog (knee) will return to Denver shortly and start skating, Peter Baugh of The Athletic reports.
ImpactLandeskog has yet to play this season and while it was thought he could return by mid-January, a return in mid-March or later, is more likely. Landeskog will need a couple of weeks to get in skating shape and then some full practices as well, before he is able to return to the lineup. He had 30 goals and 59 points in 51 games last season.

Adam Beckman - Back in NHLBeckman was recalled from AHL Iowa on Friday.
ImpactBeckman was recalled to replace Marcus Foligno in the Wild lineup as Foligno is out with a lower-body injury. Beckman played six games earlier in the season with Minnesota, but was held off the scoresheet. He had 18 goals and 27 points in 43 AHL games before his recall, with four goals coming in his last pair of games.
