In action versus Canes
Glass (lower body) will suit up for Game 2 against Carolina on Tuesday.
Impact
Glass will remain in the lineup after being forced to exit Game 1 on Sunday after just 9:04 of ice time. The 26-year-old center is currently mired in an 11-game goal drought during which he has registered three assists, nine shots and nine hits. With Glass back in action, he figures to slot into the third-line center role, which will keep Curtis Lazar in the press box as a healthy scratch.

Impact
Glass logged two hits and a minus-1 rating in 9:04 of ice time prior to departing. The right-shot center should be considered day-to-day ahead of Game 2 on Tuesday. If he's forced to miss any time, Curtis Lazar or Tomas Tatar could draw back into the lineup.

Logs assist in loss
Glass notched an assist and two PIM in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Penguins.
Impact
This was Glass's first point in three games back after missing four contests due to a lower-body injury. He got on the scoresheet against his former team -- the Penguins traded him to the Devils at the deadline. The 26-year-old has 22 points over 62 outings this season, including seven points in 11 contests with the Devils since the trade. He's settled into a third-line role for his new team.

Might be available for Saturday
Glass (lower body) might be an option to return Saturday versus the Rangers, per Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site on Wednesday.
Impact
Even if Glass isn't able to play against New York, he does seem to at least be close to returning. The 26-year-old has six goals and 21 points in 59 outings between Pittsburgh and New Jersey in 2024-25. He's likely to serve in a middle-six capacity once he's ready to play.

Remains unavailable
Glass (lower body) didn't participate in the morning skate and won't play against Minnesota on Monday, per Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site.
Impact
Glass will miss his fourth straight game but returned to the ice for the first time since the injury, per Stein on Monday. After Monday's game, the Devils host the Rangers on Saturday, but it's unclear if Glass will be ready to return by then. He had two goals and six points in eight appearances with New Jersey before getting hurt. Glass has six goals and 21 points through 59 games between the Devils and Penguins this season.

Not on road trip
Glass (undisclosed) is not on the Devils' three-game road trip, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports Wednesday.
Impact
Glass was already ruled out for Wednesday's game versus the Blackhawks, but it's also safe to assume he won't play Friday in Winnipeg or Saturday in Minnesota. That puts his earliest return date as Monday in a rematch versus the Wild in New Jersey. Justin Dowling is likely to get a chance to play in Glass's absence.

Won't play against Chicago
Glass has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Chicago due to an unspecified injury, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Impact
While the nature and severity of Glass' injury aren't yet clear, he'll be forced to miss at least one game due to the issue. The 25-year-old had appeared in each of the Devils' last eight matchups, logging two goals, four assists, eight hits and a plus-6 rating while averaging 15:19 of ice time during that span.

Grabs helper in loss
Glass logged an assist and two hits in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Senators.
Impact
Glass has two goals and four helpers over seven contests with the Devils. He helped out on an Erik Haula tally late in Saturday's loss. Glass has a total of 21 points, 84 shots on net, 49 hits and a minus-3 rating over 58 appearances this season. He's seen more ice time with the Devils while featuring in their middle six than he did with the Penguins, which has likely helped him sustain a higher level of offense.

Doing well with new team
Glass scored a goal and blocked two shots in Saturday's 7-3 loss to the Penguins.
Impact
Glass scored against his old team, and while the Devils didn't come out on top, he continues to prove why they traded for him at the deadline. The 25-year-old has centered the third line in his time with the Devils, picking up two goals and two assists over four contests. For the season, he has 19 points, 83 shots on net, 46 hits and a minus-4 rating over 55 appearances when accounting for his time with the Penguins. Glass can't keep up a point-per-game pace, but he's worth a look at least as a streamer in fantasy until the offense cools down.
