Marat Khusnutdinov - Inks three-year extension Khusnutdinov is signing a three-year, $11.85 million contract extension with the Bruins on Wednesday, Joe Haggerty of Boston Sports Journal reports.

Impact Khusnutdinov had a career-best year during his first full season with the Bruins last year, racking up 15 goals, 18 assists, 42 hits, 39 blocked shots and 16 PIM while averaging 14:30 of ice time. He's recorded two goals and five points across his first 10 regular-season appearances during the 2026-27 campaign and will be rewarded with a multi-year deal with Boston.

James Hagens - Tallies in overtime loss Hagens scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Stars.

Impact Hagens has gotten on the scoresheet in six of 10 games so far. He ended a five-game goal drought with his tally Tuesday. For the year, he's racked up three goals, four helpers, 17 shots, 13 blocked shots, seven hits and a plus-3 rating despite averaging 12:47 of ice time. The future is bright for Hagens, even if he's in sheltered minutes right now.

The 27-year-old netminder has now won two straight starts, including a 19-save shutout against Chicago on Saturday.
