The Bruins haven't gotten much from their middle six, allowing Beecher and linemates Cole Koepke and Mark Kastelic to pick up the slack.

Impact Koepke continues to be one of the best early stories in the league. Coyle earned career highs with 25 goals and 60 points in 82 regular-season games last year, but his slow start to 2024-25 will jeopardize his chances of a repeat performance.

Impact Pastrnak's three-game point streak ended Monday, but he didn't take long to get back on the scoresheet. The 28-year-old winger has four goals, one assist, 20 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over five appearances. While some top goal-scorers have struggled early in 2024-25, Pastrnak is humming along. He's reached 40 goals in four of the last five years and has earned 100 points in two straight seasons, so he's as reliable as they come in fantasy.

Impact Lindholm set up a David Pastrnak tally at 9:09 of the second period and then scored a goal of his own, which was the game-winner, just 13 seconds later. Through five contests, Lindholm has three points, 13 shots on net, eight blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating. He's seeing steady top-four minutes as well as some power-play time. The 30-year-old defenseman was limited to 26 points in 73 regular-season outings a year ago, but that was just one season after a career-best 53-point effort, so he should be capable of landing somewhere in middle of those two marks in 2024-25.

Impact Korpisalo's second start with the Bruins was a noticeable improvement on his debut. All three Avalanche goals came on the power play, so Korpisalo still needs to work on being the best penalty killer on the ice as the goalie often needs to be. The 30-year-old is 1-1-0 with nine goals allowed on 60 shots through two starts. It's safe to assume Jeremy Swayman will be between the pipes for Saturday's game in Utah.
