Hill has gone 1-0-3 with 13 goals allowed over his last four contests, and this blown lead won't help his case for more playing time. He's at a 10-9-6 record with a 3.04 GAA and an .871 save percentage over 27 appearances this season. Expect Carter Hart to get the nod in Saturday's road game versus the Avalanche.

Impact Hill was coming off three straight losses, and although only one of those came in regulation, he was still in dire need of a win. He took advantage of a favorable matchup in this one and also posted a save percentage over .900 for the first time since March 17. Hill remains the starting goaltender for the Golden Knights, and his status as the No. 1 option isn't in jeopardy, but the team's defensive woes in recent weeks hve conspired against his fantasy upside. He's gone 5-6-2 in 13 appearances since the beginning of March, posting a 2.79 GAA and an .872 save percentage on 265 shots faced in that span.

Impact Hill has dropped back-to-back games in overtime, and he has just one win in his last six outings. The 29-year-old has conceded 17 goals on 112 shots (.848 save percentage) while going 1-3-2 during that time. The Golden Knights should have plenty of motivation to put forth a strong effort Monday, as it will be their first game playing in front of new bench boss John Tortorella. The Canucks, for their part, have lost five games in a row.

Drops result in shootout Hill stopped 17 of 21 shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Capitals.

Impact Hill struggled initially, allowing the first three goals. The Golden Knights picked him up with four tallies, but Dylan Strome tied it on the power play in the third period for the Capitals, and it was Strome who had the lone tally in the shootout to decide the game. This was Hill's third straight loss (0-1-2), a span in which he's allowed 11 goals on 70 shots. For the season, the 29-year-old goalie is down to 9-9-5 with a 3.10 GAA and an .866 save percentage over 25 appearances.

Impact Hill has been a little unlucky lately, going 3-5-1 despite a 2.48 GAA and .884 save percentage over his last nine games. The 29-year-old rarely faces a lot of shots behind Vegas' stingy defense, but the results haven't been going his way much lately. The Capitals have scored 17 goals over their last six games, going 3-1-2 in that span.

Impact This was the first time in 10 outings where Hill allowed more than three goals. He's made good progress in that area, but he's still just 4-5-1 in that span. While he's not getting great results, the Golden Knights don't have anyone better, so expect the 29-year-old to continue operating in the starting role. The Golden Knights host the Capitals on Saturday.
