Michael Penix Jr. - Highly efficient in big division win Penix completed 15 of 20 passes for 223 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and rushed twice for minus-2 yards in the Falcons' 45-24 win over the Saints on Monday night.

Impact Bijan Robinson helped stake the Falcons to a 14-0 lead after one quarter, so Penix immediately had some pressure off his shoulders in only his second start since returning from last year's ACL tear. However, the third-year signal-caller still looked very sharp when called upon, and he essentially left no doubt as to the outcome of the contest when he connected with Jahan Dotson for a 31-yard scoring strike with just under 10 minutes remaining in the contest. Penix spread the ball around to seven different targets overall, and he's now completed 73.3 percent of his passes heading into a Week 5 home showdown against the Ravens on Sunday night.

Tyler Shough - Solid fantasy numbers in loss Shough completed 30 of 48 passes for 286 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions and rushed twice for five yards in the Saints' 45-24 loss to the Falcons on Monday night.

Impact Shough's final line was perfectly acceptable from a fantasy standpoint, but Monday night was a case of the numbers being much more aesthetically pleasing than the on-field results. Shough piled up a significant part of his production in the second half -- including a three-yard touchdown pass to DeVaughn Vele with 1:13 remaining -- after the Saints already faced a sizable deficit, as he led a couple of 13-play drives in the fourth quarter when New Orleans was down by 21 and 28 points, respectively. Nevertheless, Shough generated his second interception-less performance of the last three games, and he's up to 1,203 passing yards and a 9:3 TD:INT along with 72 rushing yards and another score heading into a Week 5 home matchup against an aggressive Vikings defense on Sunday.

Chris Olave - Stellar numbers in lopsided loss Olave secured eight of 12 targets for 116 yards in the Saints' 45-24 loss to the Falcons on Monday night.

Impact Olave was in the customary position of leading the Saints in receptions, receiving yards and targets, putting together his third 100-yard effort, including his second straight, of 2026. Olave also extended his season-opening streak of games with double-digit targets to four, and although Jeff Nowak of WWLAM-FM reports the talented receiver took a hit to the knee on New Orleans' final drive and went to the sideline, he never entered the medical tent. Assuming Olave is no worse for wear, he'll once again be slated for a prominent role in a Week 5 home matchup against the Vikings on Sunday.
