Upgrades to limited Thursday Nwosu (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Impact Nwosu was held out of Wednesday's practice due to an ankle injury, but his ability to return for Thursday's session is an encouraging sign. The 2018 second-rounder will have one more opportunity to upgrade his practice participation and avoid an injury tag heading into Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Impact Nwosu likely injured his ankle during the Seahawks' 30-24 win over the Titans this past Sunday, when he logged one solo tackle and one pass defense. His practice participation over the next two days will shed light on his chances of playing against the Buccaneers on Sunday. Nwosu's absence would mean more rotational snaps at outside linebacker would be available for Derick Hall, Jared Ivey and Connor O'Toole.
