Impact Buffalo originally signed Simon as an undrafted free agent in early June before releasing him Tuesday. However, the organization has brought the Pittsburgh product back in the fold, and Simon will have a chance to continue displaying his skill set in training camp. Defensive end David Ugwoebu (undisclosed) was waived/injured in a corresponding transaction.
