Might not return Sunday Saffold (shoulder) is questionable to return Sunday against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Saffold picked up the injury in the second half, and it remains to be seen whether he'll be able to return. If he can't go, Dillon Radunz might have to play on the left side of the offensive line considering Aaron Brewer (knee) is on injured reserve.

Impact Saffold was left Sunday's loss to the Jets to be evaluated for a concussion, but he apparently cleared the necessary protocols and had no limitations Thursday. The 33-year-old should continue starting at left guard for Tennessee.
