Dealing with foot injury Head coach Sean McVay told reporters Thursday that Havenstein left practice due to a foot injury, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Impact The severity of the injury hasn't been announced, but the Rams could elect to hold Havenstein out of their first preseason game against the Cowboys on Aug. 11. The 2015 second-round pick out of Wisconsin is set to serve as the starting right tackle. Joe Noteboom and Zachary Thomas are candidates to see more snaps at tackle with the first-team offense if Havenstein were to miss extended time.
