Impact Zaccheaus played 35 percent of snaps on offense and didn't get a noticeable boost in playing time after Noah Brown left with a rib injury. The Commanders instead turned to Dyami Brown for a regular spot on the perimeter, with Zaccheaus and Luke McCaffrey staying in their familiar depth roles. The Commanders now have a Week 14 bye, followed by a Week 15 road game at New Orleans.

Impact Zaccheaus played just 16 of the Commanders' 64 offensive snaps in the contest, his lowest snap total since Week 4. The veteran wideout has seen at least a 50 percent snap share in just one game this season, as his limited role has contributed to his inconsistent production. Through 10 weeks, Zaccheaus has totaled 22 catches for 232 scoreless yards on 32 targets. The 27-year-old should remain off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 11 matchup against the Eagles.

An absence for Sunday's game at the Giants would leave more snaps/routes for some combination of Noah Brown, Luke McCaffrey and Dyami Brown.

Expectations should remain modest for Week 7, even in a favorable matchup against the 1-5 Panthers.

Targeted three times Zaccheaus caught one of three targets for 10 yards in a 34-13 win over the Browns on Sunday.

Impact Zaccheaus actually got more playing time than he had the week before when he was targeted on six of his nine routes and caught all six passes for 85 yards . With fellow wideout Noah Brown (groin) inactive, Zaccheaus' snap share jumped from 25 percent in Week 4 to 51 percent in Week 5. With or without Brown in the lineup, none of Washington's wideouts besides Terry McLaurin will be a good bet to draw more than three or four targets Week 6 at Baltimore.

Catches all six Week 4 targets Zaccheaus caught all six of his targets for 85 yards in Sunday's 42-14 win over the Cardinals.

Impact Zaccheaus led the Commanders in receiving yards while finishing second on the team in targets behind Terry McLaurin's 10. Washington's run-heavy offense has gone with a WR2 by committee behind McLaurin, and it was Zaccheaus' turn to shine while Noah Brown, Luke McCaffrey and Dyami Brown combined for only 47 receiving yards. Zaccheaus came into this game with only 29 receiving yards all season, so he'll be tough to trust in Week 5 against the Browns despite this breakout effort.

Impact After Zaccheaus saw three targets in each of the first two games, the veteran wideout was a complete non-factor in Monday's contest. Zaccheaus was on the field for just five of the Commanders' 59 offensive snaps while operating as Washington's No. 6 receiver. Zaccheaus is not a consideration for fantasy purposes as the Commanders will visit the Cardinals in Week 4.

Three catches in Week 2 Zaccheaus secured all three of his targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 21-18 win over the Giants.

Impact Operating as the Commanders' fourth receiver, Zaccheaus played 24 of 72 offensive snaps Sunday. The veteran wideout saw three targets for the second-straight week as the rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels is finding his footing within Washington's passing attack. Zaccheaus' minimal production and spot on the depth chart, however, make him a difficult to trust for fantasy purposes going forward barring injuries to Terry McLaurin, Luke McCaffrey or Dyami Brown. The Commanders square off against the Bengals in Week 3.

Splits snaps with Dyami Brown Zaccheaus caught one of three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 37-20 loss at Tampa Bay, playing 44.6 percent of snaps on offense.

Impact Zacccheaus and Brown shared snaps at one receiver spot while Terry McLaurin mostly played out wide on the left side of the offense and Luke McCaffrey worked the slot. Zaccheaus ended up running 13 routes, which was one more than Brown, who finished without a target. Fantasy value, even in deep leagues, likely will require one of the two to pull away from the other and become a true starter rather than sharing snaps. It remains to be seen if that will happen Week 2 against the Giants or Week 3 against the Bengals.

The question is how snaps will be divided after McLaurin, with the Nos. 2 and 3 roles seemingly up for grabs after Jahan Dotson was traded to Philadelphia last week. Meanwhile, Dyami Brown caught three passes for 19 yards on the opening drive, and Jahan Dotson took most of the slot snaps with the starters. Dotson, Brown, Zaccheaus and Luke McCaffrey are competing for playing time behind locked-in No. 1 receiver Terry McLaurin, with Commanders coach Dan Quinn having recently hinted that the Nos. 2 and 3 roles are up for grabs. Dotson appears likely to take one of the spots, and it's possible the other starts off as a rotation between Brown and Zaccheaus.

Competing for starting job Coach Dan Quinn suggested Thursday that Zaccheaus is competing for the Commanders' No. 2 receiver role, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Impact 2022 first-round pick Jahan Dotson entered camp as a clear favorite for the role, but there have been some signs he's not exactly a lock, including his extended playing time in the preseason opener against New York. Quinn is now confirming there's a competition, with Zaccheaus and Dyami Brown presumably the main candidates to displace Dotson (and rookie third-round pick Luke McCaffrey possibly also in the mix for a top-three role). Zaccheaus only get a few snaps with the first-team offense in the preseason opener, but one of those was a 42-yard catch on the third play of the game.

Looking good for roster spot Zaccheaus is "seemingly battling for rotation reps more than a roster spot," according to The Athletic's Ben Standig.

Impact The depth chart at WR looks wide open behind returning starters Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson, with other leading candidates for the third and fourth spots being rookie third-round pick Luke McCaffrey and fourth-year pro Dyami Brown. While he's never been targeted at a high rate, Zaccheaus had a nice season for Atlanta in 2022, catching 40 of 61 targets for 533 yards and three TDs. He then had minimal impact in Philadelphia last season, catching 10 passes in 17 games while being targeted on a league-low 7.1 percent of his routes.
