Reaches injury settlement Seattle waived Pickering (undisclosed) from IR with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Pickering was waived/injured by the Seahawks on Aug. 14 and subsequently reverted to IR. Now that he's reached an injury settlement with the team, the defensive lineman will be free to find work with a new organization. The nature of Pickering's injury has not been disclosed.

Impact Pickering will have to reach an injury settlement with Seattle to play this season. The defensive lineman finished with 124 tackles, including 23.5 for a loss and 13 sacks, across five seasons at Mississippi State.
