Impact Brockers' restructured deal comes in the wake of his trade from the Rams earlier in the week. Since Brockers' previous contract had no guarantees, the Rams "tried to slash his pay before dealing him," according to Garafolo. The veteran compiled 51 tackles and five sacks in 2020 and will likely start at defensive tackle for Detroit in the coming season.
