Impact Hodge was Cleveland's No. 3 receiver for part of last season, and he now finds himself on arguably the weakest receiver depth chart in the league. Of course, he was waived for a reason, and he's caught only 17 passes in 39 regular-season games. Hodge most likely will be a backup and special-teams player, even with the receiver-needy Lions.
