Impact Bourne is signed to a second-round restricted free agent tender for 2020, scheduled to pay him $3.26 million. The 2017 UDFA has never been much of a fantasy asset, but he did solid work for the Niners as a No. 3 receiver the past two seasons, averaging 7.7 yards on 110 targets while primarily operating from the slot. Bourne could see an uptick in usage early this season if Deebo Samuel is slow to recover from June foot surgery.
