Impact Johnson is one of numerous Browns' players to test positive and land in COVID protocols. The safety hasn't been ruled out for Saturday's contest yet, so that indicates he's vaccinated, which means he could still face the Raiders if he provides back-to-back negative tests at least 24 hours apart.
