Impact Bradberry's injury reportedly won't require surgery, but it will almost certainly lead to a stint on IR. That would rule out Bradberry, who converted to safety this offseason, out for Philadelphia's first four games of the year, which aligns nicely with the recovery timetable offered by Rapoport. Switching to safety Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio told reporters Thursday that Bradberry will be moving to safety in 2024, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reports.

Impact After being spotted working with the second-team defense at safety Wednesday, Fangio made Bradberry's positional change official when talking to reporters Thursday. Fangio also noted that Bradberry could still play some corner for Philadelphia as well. If the positional switch works out for the Eagles, Bradberry could serve as a versatile defensive back and even get a starting nod in the team's secondary. Conversely, the 30-year-old could be in jeopardy of missing Philadelphia's 53-man roster if the switch doesn't work out.
