Impact Coach Dan Campbell said Monday that Gibbs isn't a player whose status concerns him for Week 1, so it sounds like the star running back is fully expected to be available Sunday. In the event that Gibbs feels anything less than 100 percent healthy by the end of the practice week, though, there will be a possibility that the Lions lean a bit more heavily on David Montgomery versus Los Angeles. Gibbs said he feels "more confident overall" heading into Year 2, and even at less than full health he offers high upside as one of the most explosive backfield weapons in the league.
