INJURIES

Catches lone target Stoll caught one pass for six yards in Sunday's 25-20 win against the Bears.
Impact Stoll remains a minimal part of the Eagles' game plan even in the absence of Dallas Goedert (shoulder). He was only targeted once all day, as top wideouts A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith vacuumed up a combined 24 targets. Goedert appears to be closing in on a return, which will further shrink Stoll's already negligible fantasy value.

Pulls in pair of passes Stoll caught two passes for 20 yards in Sunday's blowout win over the Giants.
Impact The Eagles looked Stoll's way just once in the first two games they were without Dallas Goedert (shoulder), but he's now pulled in five receptions on five targets across the last two contests. Fellow tight end Grant Calcaterra also caught a pair of passes and was targeted four times in Sunday's game, however, so Stoll remains far down the list of Jalen Hurts' preferred targets.
DECEMBER 13, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Makes three catches Stoll recorded three catches on three targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 35-10 win over the Titans.
Impact Stoll had his best game since stepping in as the top tight end in the absence of Dallas Goedert (shoulder). He also tallied his first multi-catch performance of the season. The majority of Stoll's production came on a 26-yard reception early in the second quarter, and he also chipped in gains of eight and seven yards. Stoll will serve as the starting tight end in Philadelphia for at least one more game until Goedert is eligible to return from injured reserve.
DECEMBER 5, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Untargeted in 40-point outburst Stoll was not targeted in Sunday's 40-33 win over the Packers.
Impact When a team goes off for 40 points, one would expect the starting tight end to at least do something, but that wasn't the case for Stoll. He's always been more of a blocker than a playmaker, and while he's been thrust into a much larger snap count in the absence of Dallas Goedert (shoulder), that hasn't resulted in a larger share of the offense. Stoll is now averaging just half a target per game in the two weeks Goedert has been out.
NOVEMBER 28, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Starts but catches just one pass Stoll was the Eagles' primary tight end Sunday against the Colts in the absence of Dallas Goedert (shoulder), but he caught just one pass for seven yards.
Impact Stoll was unquestionably the tight end the Eagles turned to in Goedert's absence, seeing the field for 55 offensive snaps compared to a combined 28 for Grant Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson. Despite the playing time, Stoll doesn't have anything close to Goedert's skillset as an offensive weapon, and nothing in his usage in the Week 11 win suggests that he'll be a particularly interesting fantasy fill-in until Goedert returns.

Eagles place TE Goedert on IR; sign veteran DT Joseph

The Philadelphia Eagles have placed tight end Dallas Goedert on injured reserve with a shoulder injury and signed veteran defensive tackle Linval Joseph

Should help fill in for Goedert Stoll is expected to benefit from an uptick in snaps with top tight end Dallas Goedert suffering a shoulder injury in Monday's loss to the Commanders that is expected to sideline h...
Impact Stoll has already played 40 percent of the Eagles' snaps on offense this season, but he's been deployed almost exclusively as a blocker, as he's produced an underwhelming 4-49-0 receiving line on seven targets through nine games. Though Goedert's absence should open up more playing time for Stoll, the Eagles are unlikely to turn to 24-year-old to handle a high-volume pass-catching role. Instead, look for Goedert's 5.9 targets per game to get dispersed among a slew of players, with rookie Grant Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson (knee) -- who is on the PUP list but could be activated Week 11 -- also being candidates to take on more snaps at tight end.

Targeted twice in victory Stoll recorded one catch on two targets for 13 yards in Thursday's 29-17 win over the Texans.
Impact Stoll managed his third catch of the season and maintained his typical role in the Eagles' offense by sticking on the field for 11 snaps. He'll remain overshadowed by the team's other talented skill-position players, and he'll work behind Dallas Goedert on the tight end depth chart.
NOVEMBER 5, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Can't corral lone target Stoll failed to haul in his lone target in Sunday's 35-13 win over the Steelers.
Impact Stoll was on the field for 47 percent of the Eagles' offensive plays Sunday, his highest share since Week 3. The fact that the Eagles took a 15-point lead into the fourth quarter might have played a factor in Stoll's elevated playing time, but the Nebraska product still shares the field fairly often with top tight end Dallas Goedert in more competitive contests. However, Stoll typically serves as a blocker whenever he's on the field; he's drawn just four targets through seven games.

Full participant Friday Stoll (ankle) was a full participant during Friday's practice.
Impact Stoll was limited Thursday due to an ankle issue, but it appears he'll be good to go for Monday's contest against the Vikings. The second-year tight end played 40 total snaps (25 offensive) during the season opener, but he didn't see a target.

Moves back to active roster Stoll was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Impact Stoll was one of several Eagles to miss Week 18 against the Cowboys, a list that included No. 1 tight end Dallas Goedert. Both players returned from the COVID list Monday. Stoll will look to resume his role as No. 2 on the tight end positional depth chart Sunday against the Buccaneers.
JANUARY 11, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Remains on COVID-19 list Stoll (illness) remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list ahead of Saturday's game against the Cowboys, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Impact The same applies to Dallas Goedert (illness), with Tyree Jackson, Richard Rodgers and Noah Togiai available to handle the Eagles' tight end duties in Saturday's regular-season finale.
JANUARY 8, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Hits COVID list Stoll has been placed on the Eagles' reserve/COVID-19 list.
Impact As was the Eagles' top tight end Dallas Goedert, so until one or both players are able to clear the league's COVID protocols, Tyree Jackson is the Eagles' top available option at the position, with Richard Rodgers currently on the team's practice squad.
JANUARY 3, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Targeted once in win Stoll caught his lone target for nine yards in Sunday's 44-6 win over the Lions.
Impact Stoll played 42 of a possible 65 snaps (68 percent), just two fewer than Dallas Goedert. Goedert saw six more targets, however, which is probably a good indicator about how the stats will break down going forward between the two. The Eagles only attempted 16 passes the whole game, however, so perhaps Week 9 at home against the Chargers will provide a more accurate sample, one which doesn't contain such a lopsided score.

Not targeted in loss Stoll failed to see a target in Sunday's 33-23 loss the the Raiders.
Impact Operating as the No. 2 tight end behind Dallas Goedert, Stoll played on 19 percent of the team's offensive snaps. The tight end was also on the field for 50 percent of Philadelphia's special teams snaps. Stoll will likely continue to be next in line behind Goedert, but it is unlikely that he will be involved on offense enough to be fantasy relevant.

Likely to be No. 2 TE in Week 6 Stoll is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 2 tight end for Thursday's game against the Buccaneers with Dallas Goedert (illness) unlikely to be reinstated from the reserve/COVID-...
Impact While Philadelphia isn't closing the door on Goedert playing Thursday, since he tested positive for the virus Monday, he'll face an uphill battle to clear all COVID-19-related protocols prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. With Goedert and Zach Ertz having played in each of the Eagles' first five games, opportunities have been scarce for Stoll, an undrafted rookie out of Nebraska. Though he's been active for each of those five contests, Stoll has logged only 33 offensive snaps in total and has yet to draw a target. Stoll doesn't project to see a major workload if Goedert is in fact out, as the Eagles could opt for more three-receiver sets featuring Ertz as the sole tight end.
