Impact Tyson Alualu was sent to IR after fracturing his ankle during Week 2, and in a corresponding move, Henry Mondeaux was promoted from the practice squad. However, Buggs will serve as the starter and will likely draw the majority of the snaps at nose tackle during Week 3. The 25-year-old appeared in 10 contests with the Steelers last year and registered 11 tackles.
