Dealing with knee injury Greenidge (knee) suffered a knee injury prior to being placed on New Orleans' injured reserve list Monday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Impact The full diagnosis is still not clear, but either way Greenidge is slated to miss the remainder of the 2022 season unless he works out an injury settlement with the Saints. As he works to recover, his departure will create increased opportunities for Forrest Lamp and Josh Andrews.

Impact Greenidge will now be forced to sit out the entirety of this regular season after similarly missing all of the 2021 campaign with an arm injury suffered in the preseason.
