INJURIES

Staying on IR for divisional round Arroyo (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's NFC divisional-round game against the 49ers, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact Arroyo was a full participant in all three practices this week, but he hasn't recovered quite enough from a knee injury to be activated from injured reserve. The rookie second-rounder's next chance to play would be in the NFC Championship Game if the Seahawks emerge victorious Saturday.

Practicing in full Arroyo (knee), who remains on IR, was a full participant at practice Tuesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact Arroyo had his 21-day practice window opened last Wednesday, and by all accounts he appears healthy enough to play in Saturday's divisional-round matchup against the 49ers. In order for the rookie second-round pick to take the field versus San Francisco, though, Seattle will first have to officially activate him from IR.

Practice window opens The Seahawks announced Wednesday that Arroyo (knee) has been designated to return to practice from IR, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Arroyo will have a 21-day window wherein he can practice without counting against the active roster. If deemed healthy, the rookie second-round pick can be activated to the 53-man roster and return to action at any point in that span. Seattle has secured a bye in the first week of the NFC playoffs, meaning Arroyo's next chance to play will come in the divisional round.

Sidelined until postseason Arroyo (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact Arroyo suffered a knee injury in Week 14 and had already been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Colts. He'll now be sidelined for the rest of the regular season, but he will have a chance to return during the postseason.
DECEMBER 14, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Ruled out to face Colts Arroyo (knee) is ruled out for Sunday's game against Indianapolis, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Impact Arroyo will miss at least one game due to the knee injury he suffered Week 14 against Atlanta. With the rookie second-round pick sidelined, Nick Kallerup will stand to operate as the No. 2 tight end behind AJ Barner.
DECEMBER 12, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
No practice again Arroyo (knee) did not practice for the second day in a row Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact It's not a good sign after the tight end suffered the injury in Seattle's win over Atlanta last week. The Seahawks have one more practice ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Colts. Arroyo has 15 catches for 179 yards and a touchdown on the year.
DECEMBER 12, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
No practice to begin week Arroyo (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Corbin K. Smith of SI.com reports.
Impact Arroyo suffered the knee injury in Sunday's blowout win over Atlanta, and head coach Mike McDonald has since expressed skepticism that Arroyo would be able to play in Week 15 against the Colts. His inability to suit up at all Wednesday isn't a promising start, but he'll have two additional days to increase his participation.
DECEMBER 11, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Status for Week 15 uncertain Arroyo (knee) may be forced to miss Sunday's contest against the Colts, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Impact Arroyo was forced out of the team's 37-9 win over the Falcons in Week 14 due to a knee injury, and head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that "this week's probably in jeopardy," for the tight end. If Arroyo is forced to miss Week 15, Nick Kallerup would stand to operate as the team's No. 2 tight end against Indianapolis.

Additional testing upcoming Arroyo (knee) will undergo more imaging in the near future to determine the severity of his injury, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Impact Arroyo suffered a knee injury in the first half of the team's victory, ultimately failing to return to action. The rookie could be set to miss action moving forward, and if that's the case, Nick Kallerup would be a top candidate to operate as the top reserve option at tight end behind AJ Barner.

Exits with knee injury Arroyo (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Impact Arroyo is being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Nick Kallerup is poised to see more snaps on offense as the Seahawks' TE2 behind AJ Barner for as long as Arroyo is out of the game.
DECEMBER 7, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Two targets in win Arroyo didn't haul in either of his two targets in Sunday's 26-0 win over the Vikings.
Impact Arroyo continues to run behind second-year tight end AJ Barner, as the former recorded a 39 percent snap share in the blowout win. We've seen some flashes from the rookie tight end, but he won't be a dependable fantasy option moving forward barring an injury to Barner.
DECEMBER 1, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Quiet in win Arroyo caught one pass for five yards in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Titans.
Impact Arroyo played just 18 offensive snaps (38 percent) in this game, which was his lowest total since the season opener. The Seahawks' offense was quite efficient and didn't spend a ton of time on the field, but it will be difficult to trust Arroyo in nearly any fantasy setting considering he has just 15 catches for 179 yards and a touchdown through 11 games.

Mike Macdonald, Sean McVay Match Wits as Seahawks, Rams Embrace Heavy Football
Reels in one pass Arroyo caught his lone target for five yards in Sunday's 44-22 win over the Cardinals.
Impact It was a quirky game with the Seahawks scoring two defensive touchdowns, and they threw the ball just 12 times. Arroyo handled a 47 percent snap share, which has been fairly consistent all season. He still looks like the No. 2 tight end behind AJ Barner ahead of a Week 11 matchup versus the Rams.
NOVEMBER 10, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Scores first TD Arroyo caught two passes (two targets) for 29 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-14 win over the Commanders.
Impact Arroyo notched his first career touchdown on a 26-yard pass in the second quarter. Despite the blowout, the starters played nearly the entire game, and Arroyo played just 22 of 51 offensive snaps (43 percent), which has been standard this season with AJ Barner handling a nearly every-down role. Thus, Arroyo's touchdown was an intriguing flash of athleticism and upside, but he'll be tough to depend on until he secures an increased role.

Reels in four passes Arroyo caught four of five passes for 42 yards in Monday's 27-19 win over the Texans.
Impact Arroyo finished with a 38 percent snap share but out-produced fellow tight end A.J. Barner, who caught just one pass for seven yards. A rookie second-round pick, Arroyo continues to showcase his upside, but his snap count will remain low unless he can overtake Barner as the superior run blocker. In the long run, it's worth holding Arroyo in dynasty formats due to his superb athleticism.
