Impact Turner spent his first two NFL seasons with Washington, recording 13 receptions on 24 targets for 143 yards over 22 regular-season contests. He didn't play at all last year, though, as he spent the entire campaign on the practice squad. He's likely to clear waivers, at which point he'd become a free agent.
