Good to go Watson (knee/hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at the Giants, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Impact The addition of a hamstring injury on Green Bay's Week 11 injury report initially seemed concerning in light of Watson's repeated issues with his hamstrings in 2022 and 2023. It now seems less concerning, with Watson cleared to play after clarifying that his practice reps had been limited for the usual reason (maintenance after last year's ACL tear). He played a season-high 82 percent of snaps in last week's 10-7 loss to the Eagles, but that was with Matthew Golden (questionable - shoulder) inactive and Romeo Doubs (chest) getting banged up. Doubs and Dontayion Wicks (calf) join Watson in avoiding Week 11 injury designations, giving Jordan Love at least three of his top four WRs.

Pops up as limited participant Watson (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Impact Watson wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, but per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, he indicated that downgrading to limited reps Thursday is mostly the result of maintenance due to the right ACL tear that forced him to begin the season on IR. Watson clarified that he doesn't have any significant concerns about his availability for Sunday's matchup against the Giants, so as long as he practices in at least a limited fashion again Friday, fantasy managers can be confident in he'll suit up. Matthew Golden (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and Savion Williams (foot) were also all limited Thursday.

Packers suddenly find themselves in a tenuous position after consecutive home losses

The Green Bay Packers have learned the hard way how dramatically an NFL team’s fortunes can change in just a week or two
NOVEMBER 11 • Associated Press
Big gains on both catches Watson secured two of four targets for 45 yards in the Packers' 10-7 loss to the Eagles on Monday night.
Impact Watson recorded gains of 20 and 25 yards on his pair of grabs, the latter catch getting the Packers out of the shadow of their own goalposts just before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter. Watson's yardage total was a team-high figure, and he's now averaged over 20.0 yards per reception in all three games he's played this season. Romeo Doubs' early exit Monday due to a chest injury and Matthew Golden's (shoulder) inactive status both played a part in Watson continuing to operate as a primary downfield option, and that may persist in a Week 11 road matchup against the Giants if one or both of his teammates remain sidelined.

Why RB Josh Jacobs Is Critical to Packers’ Success with TE Tucker Kraft Out

With breakout tight end Tucker Kraft out for the rest of the season, the Packers need battle-tested back Josh Jacobs more than ever.

Why RB Josh Jacobs Is Critical to Packers’ Success with TE Tucker Kraft Out
Clear for MNF Watson (knee) doesn't have a designation for Monday's game versus the Eagles, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Impact Even before making his season debut Week 8 following last season's ACL tear from Week 18, Watson has been limited in practice, which extended into Saturday's session, but it won't impact his ability to suit up on game day. As for the rest of Green Bay's receiving corps, Romeo Doubs isn't injured, Malik Heath (hip) doesn't have a designation and all of Matthew Golden (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and Savion Williams (foot) are listed as questionable. Considering Watson definitely is available, he should be considered one of QB Jordan Love's top pass catchers for Week 10 action.
NOVEMBER 8 • ROTOWIRE
Limited again Friday Watson (knee) was a limited practice participant Friday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Impact Watson hasn't been able to log a full practice since the Packers activated him from the reserve/PUP list prior to Week 8, but his snap shares in two appearances to date (56 percent in Week 8, 66 percent in Week 9) imply that he's nearly back to 100 percent. He's also been productive, gathering in six of eight targets for 143 yards. All of Watson, Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and Savion Williams (foot) were limited Friday, while Matthew Golden (shoulder) fell back to a DNP from Thursday's limited showing, so Saturday's injury report will reveal who among the quartet has a chance to suit up Monday versus the Eagles.
NOVEMBER 7 • ROTOWIRE
Remains limited by knee Watson (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Impact Watson was joined by fellow WRs Matthew Golden (shoulder) and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) as limited, while Savion Williams wasn't able to practice at all to begin Week 10 prep due to a foot injury. Watson's restrictions Thursday likely are related to maintenance of the right knee that suffered a torn ACL in Week 18 of last season, but in his two appearances during the 2025 campaign since being cleared to play, he's struck for six catches (on eight targets) for 143 yards and no touchdowns. Watson will have two more chances to practice fully this week before the Packers potentially tag him with a designation ahead of Monday's contest against the Eagles.

NOVEMBER 3 • PACKERS.COM
Just two grabs in Sunday's loss Watson caught two of four targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Panthers.
Impact Most of his production came on a 52-yard reception early in the second quarter that set up a field goal for the Packers' first points of the game. Watson has seen exactly four targets in back-to-back weeks since completing his recovery from a torn ACL and making his season debut, but his role in the passing attack could grow significantly as both Tucker Kraft (knee) and Matthew Golden (shoulder) left Sunday's loss in the second half and didn't return. If those injuries prove to be serious, Watson would likely become Jordan Love's No. 2 target in Week 10 against the Eagles.
NOVEMBER 2 • ROTOWIRE
Cleared to play again Watson (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Carolina.
Impact The Packers continue to limit Watson's practice workload even after he caught four passes for 85 yards in his 2025 debut last Sunday at Pittsburgh. He handled a 56 percent snap share and 62 percent route share in that contest, ranking third among Green Bay's WRs in both categories while outproducing both Romeo Doubs and Matthew Golden. The early returns look good on Watson getting back to full strength after a late-season ACL tear in 2024.
OCTOBER 31 • ROTOWIRE
Limited Thursday Watson (knee) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Impact In the wake of his first game action since Week 18 of last season, Watson continues to operate with a cap on his practice reps, likely to avoid putting any undue stress on the right knee that endured a torn ACL less than 10 months ago. He still played 56 percent of the offensive snaps this past Sunday in Pittsburgh on his way to four catches (on four targets) for 85 yards. Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not Watson enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

OCTOBER 30 • PACKERS.COM
Remains limited at practice Watson (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.
Impact Watson returned to action this past Sunday at Pittsburgh for the first time since he sustained a torn ACL in his right knee Week 18 of last season, logging 56 percent of the snaps while running a route on 62 percent of them en route to four catches (on four targets) for 85 yards. He may endure practice limitations until the Packers deem him 100 percent, but he at least is healthy enough to be available on game days. Ultimately, though, Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not Watson has a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Panthers.
