Impact Matos was injured during a Dolphins practice in late July and was hospitalized for multiple days. He was ultimately placed on IR in late August before being waived with an injury settlement in early September. It appears Matos is back to health now, though he's currently unsigned.

Impact Matos reverted to the team's injured reserve in late August but his tenure with the team has now come to an end. The 24-year-old will now shift his focus to getting healthy and look to find another opportunity with a new team.
